If they are associated with the aoxiang llc then I say to AVOID BY ALL MEANS LIKE A PLAGUE. This is by far the worse company I have ever rented from. I have rented throughout my college years and went thru all kinds of broker or landlord that do not demand the kinds of things this one expects from their tenant. I only had to rent this past year since our home in a different state was still on market. If I had not, I would have just begged to stay with family and friends. Awful company to do business with! With them being a middle man for the landlords, it’s so hard to get things fixed. I’m currently waiting 1 month for air conditioning to be fixed in Texas August/Sept heat. Every service request is handled by non-licensed/bonded technicians that they find who knows where. They make it very hard to get in touch with them and often just ignore your request! Please run.
