I got solar panels through Sunergy in 2022. When I signed the contract, the solar was supposed to cover 100% of my energy bill. As of today it hasn’t covered even half of my energy bill. I have called to ask why this is the case and they said that It takes a little while for the system to build enough reserves to cover all of my energy consumption. It has been 2 years now and it still doesn’t cover half of my bill.
We have work with some other distributors and we are impressed on how fast and reliable. Nick has help us with everything we have needed from material list, lenders avl list and so more. Great pricing also btw
I am currently dealing with a cancelled contract with this company. Days before the project was to start, I cancelled the installation of solar panels to my home due to a situation with my health and the decision being made by my family to build something smaller for me due to my health. I also explained I would like to transfer the service to the location where my new house is being built.
