TL;DR: Find a different, better solar installer. It's rare that I give 1 star ratings to any corporation, but I feel my hand is forced here. I am a solar representative who has done door-to-door work with Sunergy as my product in the past. I have installed multiple systems in friends and family's homes with the best of intentions; Sunergy has never gotten it right (hence their rebrand to Zeo Energy as they scramble to avoid bankruptcy).
