Get your panels anywhere else! We were told it would only take a few weeks after the panels were installed for them to be turned on. It's been one year and three months, still not turned on. No apologies or any attempt to help us with the monetary damages we incurred from this whole ordeal. Not only has it taken this long for the panels to be turned on, but the engineer at Sunergy wanted to put a bunch of panels on the NORTH side of the house!!! Be very wary! They came knocking on my door and out of curiosity I let them in to find out more information about going solar. The rep was decent about some things but glossed over some very big things. He asked me my concerns and I said that I want to find a reputable company that is a good value. He offered a 10 KW system for about $45,000, which seemed like a lot of money. This being my first estimate I was not prepared to sign up on the spot. Annoying sales reps. Disregard no soliciting signs, knocked on my door at 8:20pm. Cape ordinance says they can't knock on doors after 5pm and not at all on Sunday. Then you tell them to leave and the rep gets an attitude with you.
