2 nights in a row they said they would call no call at all trying to contact sale no luck got out first bill way over what we used to pay hidden cost was not told about it all about the sale and collecting money to remove old solar panels feel done wrong buy this company ment to be all About saving money but they have hidden on going costs was not explained over phone or at anytime not happy
Left rubbish/brackets and screws on roof for owner to deal with. Didn’t dispose of their waste correctly. Ridge capping wasn’t screwed back in properly and left without fixing. Originally went on the roof to paint the gutters and saw all rubbish left behind by the company. Not happy! I’d advise others to look elsewhere for solar installations.
Sun Energy were awesome. Firstly, dealing with Chloe in sales, she was extremely knowledgeable and catered the design of the end system to our needs. She answered all the questions I had and went out of her way to ensure my mind was at ease around the decision. The install team were also really great. Really happy with these guys from start to finish. Jett was very friendly and informative of the process. Nathan and the team did a great job with the installation, and Jody in assisting with finalising the connection. Very good.
Dealing with tony from sun energy and what an amazing guy. He went above and beyond to help me out with many different options. Ended up adding extra panels to my existing solar system and also adding a battery plus changing my energy retailer. Just received my first bill after the changes and I think the pictures attached speak for themselves. Could not be any happier with the results.
