Sun Energy consultant (Tony Nguyen) was not reliable. Tony informed me verbally that I would receive a $150 referral reward for each successful battery installation completed through my referral. I also got an email from Sun Energy mentioned the same thing about the referral. Relying on this promise, I referred my friend who have now had their batteries installed. Got Sun Energy to install an Alpha ESS 10kWh battery storage to go with a Fronius PV system installed by others earlier at my home. Prior to selecting Alpha ESS, I read many negative reviews for this brand but their prices were extremely competitive when compared to BYD or Tesla. I got several quotes before choosing Sun Energy. They weren’t the cheapest but they were located centrally (next to the CBD) and thus easily to get to physically should there be any issues (not hiding behind answering machines and call centres). Great service. Great people. From the start Dylan was fantastic! Giving us all the information we needed and making the process really easy. Fred and Simon were fantastic on the install, had a minor mishap but that is being resolved! Can’t complain about their communication and their dedication to the work everyone at Sun Energy does.
