Although the front desk needs improvement, Dr. Suneja is top notch. He’s very thorough and cares about his patients.
Front desk people do not care. They put you on hold forever—after finding out I was a new patient, she put me back on hold and never picked back up. After 34 minutes, she disconnected the call. It was 11:52 so she must’ve been hungry and wanted to go to lunch early. Not a good first impression.
An echocardiogram and a wait totaling over an hour, we got to visit with Dr. Suneja. He is knowledgeable and kind. The team as a whole is well mannered and knowledgeable. At the end of the appt, headed to pay our bill for the visit… the staff explained and helped us to set up the next heart test appt which was scheduled several weeks from this initial visit.
