Been coming here for three years now, and it's the first time I felt like the doctor didn't care at all. The visit was less than ten minutes, and not a word I said was given any attention. I will be finding a new PCP.
So far, the doctor and the staff are great and friendly at the West Charleston Clinic. Dr. Suneetha Chinta, MD took the time to listen to my concerns. She offered beneficial solutions based on what I needed for my care. I believe it's important, and it's a huge component in any business in terms of great customer service and kindness.
