Three years ago we had SunDry to remedy water intrusion from one exterior wall in the basement of an older home we own. They installed a drainage system, I-beam and sump pump. After getting quotes from multiple waterproofing companies, Sundry is no doubt the most competitive quote I got. But my lesson learnt was that you should never cheap out on your waterproofing and have the full basement waterproofed. 3 years in and after repeated flooding - Sundry found more areas of the basement which I had to do more work with. Not happy with their service. Like most of the 5 star reviews, it was a good first impression.The original work was fast and a lifetime warranty seemed good. But months later we experienced water issues at the exact point where they had done some jackhammer work but no sealing afterwards under the door. They denied any responsibility and told us to hire a handyman and it would be inexpensive or we could hire them, but their minimum contract is $3,500. I had some major flooding in my basement. Called "Sundry" for help asap. They sent on awesome guy out by the name of John. John was very patient with me and my needs. He assured me that he would get the job done. Thanks to "Sundry" my problem was fixed. Having any flooding or other needs contact "Sundry" and ask for John.
