Ever try to to get a steak grilled rare? It's virtually impossibe when dining out. Very few restaurants ever get it right. Thankfully the filet mignon I had at STABC last night was flawless (as were all the dishes served our group) and the service matched the meal. Impeccable. Great little place for those who appreciate fine (5 star) dining in a casual atmosphere.
Pretentious little nouvelle clone. Tourists keep it alive.
