Three place is fairly clean and peaceful. One part of the park is owned by a father, the other by his son if I understand right. Getting rental aid with no contract is so much... fun. But that being said, the tent is great for what ya get
They need to put up some security cameras or something around the park. People steal things left and right from right in front of your door. There are also feral cats everywhere, a lady in the RV section who constantly feeds the birds, so there's pigeons, doves, and crows (which are especially annoying) etc being loud and pooping all over the vehicles.
