I need the refund and a huge compensation for this stay otherwise i will sue the property and Booking.com. There was no electricity power the whole night. The guys kept saying that it will come in some time and it did not. Whole night no power. They kept saying that the power will be restored in 2 hours since evening and we believed it so we did not book the other hotel.
