They did a bait and switch on three tires. We ordered Michelin tires and they put on the Sumitomo tires and charged the price of Michelin. The salesman charged $356 more than other tires dealerships in Lakeland and Tampa and refused to correct the problem. Also, refused to balance the tires that were going on a Motor Home. Very Disappointed Customer, W. N.
