RecommendedWe made an appt. to have our two front windows tinted on our truck last Friday with Oakley Window Tint per the Ford Dealerships recommendation. We showed up this morning for our appt. and he wouldn't allow us to both come into the waiting room.He was very rude about it and said he didn't need our appt. They're work and customer service are second to none. When they say lifetime warranty, they mean LIFETIME!! Will never even consider another tinting company.
I am super picky when it comes to my car (ask them, they'll tell you! lol) Everyone at Sundown was patient, friendly, and professional. The goody bag with the Sundown swag and window cleaning products was a nice touch! I will definitely be back to have my other car done.. 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Q4 AWD. Went with the Premier Series tint (medium in the front/dark in the back). Came out beautifully! Thanks Sundown.. 🤙🏽
Excellent service the techs were on time knowledgeable polite and clean. The salesman who priced the job was honest and helpful. We my wife and I are very satisfied and plan on having them complete the rest of our new home windows.
I was very disappointed , I took my door panels off and all my rubbers were cut , the one that brush up against my inner glass , and one of my rear door panels were pulled back from the top not inhaled on the top hooks, due to being broken. basically they pulled the top of my door panels. back without removing and cutting the center rubbers out. now I'm really worried that I might of not got llumar . wow this place looked really professional, I'm very upset.
