I bought a package here. Was told I get five free tans being a new customer and because I was buying a package. When I used the free tans, mind you the rooms were not that clean, and they put me in a room that had broken stuff stored in it, I asked for a new room. When it was time to start using my package minutes, the girl at the front desk couldn’t find me in their computer system. I suggested she pull out my paperwork I filled out. I called to get the price for a spray tan and was rudely told that they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to come in to get a price. If this is the kind of customer service I am going to get then no thanks I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been going here for years and always had a good experience until this year. I have had to wait up to 10 min for someone to wait on me. And then I got put in a room that was so hot I could not even tan for 5 min! When I asked for some of my minutes back they said they could not do that and were very rude! I will not buy another package at this place.

I love this place and the staff <3 WONDERFUL!!!!!
