Haircut ended up being 3.5 inches shorter than we agreed on and blocky. Stylist was trying to manage 3 clients at once plus teaching two assistants about hair dye during this - so I don’t believe he was paying attention or cared about what I wanted. Add to this an extremely weird vibe where neither the assistants or stylist showed any interest in talking to the customers, stylist was instead gossiping with the boyfriend of another client who tagged along to watch over her hair. Great location, fun decor, hip staff. Really love this spot!
