Haircut ended up being 3.5 inches shorter than we agreed on and blocky. Stylist was trying to manage 3 clients at once plus teaching two assistants about hair dye during this - so I don’t believe he was paying attention or cared about what I wanted. Add to this an extremely weird vibe where neither the assistants or stylist showed any interest in talking to the customers, stylist was instead gossiping with the boyfriend of another client who tagged along to watch over her hair. David’s place is just excellent made my boys feel totally comfortable.
Great location, fun decor, hip staff. Really love this spot!
I love this place so much. I normally dread going to a salon to get my hair cut, but I truly look forward to going here. If you hate the fluorescent lights and sterile feel of typical salons, try this place instead. Artsy, funky decor, cool music, and a cute lil punk dog. David is a great stylist, and fun to talk to. But you can also just sit quietly and enjoy the atmosphere if chatting isn't your vibe. 11 out of 10.
