Great place to rent. Clean apartments and grounds. The manager and maintenance are nice and helpful. The rent is very reasonable compared to other apartments in the area. Very happy with my decision to rent here.
Sundown is now under new management who is dedicated to making sure tenants are taken care of and have a nice safe place to reside.
Great apartment community nice and clean. would recommend to anyone.
The manager at this property is the most rude person I have ever met treats people with no respect
I have called for two weeks straight on different buisness hours, leaving two messages with my name and number to get a call back, and visited personally twice and no one was in the office! I no longer want details about an apartment where no one is available to speak to.
