To all potential renters or buyers, I have lived here at Sundown mobile home park for 12 years, never had any problems until RHP Properties bought it. Now we have recieved an eviction notice because when my boyfriends mother moved in here 35 years ago there was no lease. Flip this park, the swimming pool is always green, you cant park, even your guests, on the street or they will have it towed, dont matter day or night. The rent goes up 20 bucks a month every year, just to rent a space for a trailer you own is almost 600 buc... read more
Wouldn't do this again – I am very dissapointed in purchasing a mobile home from this company. We have been in there for 3 weeks and have no hot water and no heat.also several lights do not work. I have a infant and have no way to heat water for her bath. Now they will not even return phone calls. We have been given the run around and told tons of lies.
