Unfortunately, my experience with Will Shirley (Owner) was very disappointing. Communication completely stopped after the first month of work, despite multiple attempts to follow up by phone and email. I even asked Tawnya (Office Manager) several times to forward my message to Will and have him give me a call, but that never happened — which felt very unprofessional. It’s unprofessional to leave ongoing projects and billing unresolved. I hope they handle future business interactions with more integrity and accountability.
