Incompetence runs rampant with Sundial. As a “management company” their approach is about as hands off as it comes. By that I mean they collect rents, and thats about it. They do not maintain properties at all. Sundial treats tenants with contempt and disdain. Their accounting practices are questionable and record keeping is a joke. They lost my lease and asked me to send a copy for their records. Do not rent from them. Rents are high, and if you are going to pay high rent, at least make it for a reason.
