Terrible parking experience, pricing and customer service. Garage needs to go back to the old management company.
Please avoid at all cost! Terrible experience the app is a joke. There were cars that could not get out. No one there to help.
Y'all dont let them screw you over they advertise an hourly rate but charge min 12h aka 21$!!! Got a full refund! Opened their help got a chatbot and a human that ultimately refunded me after I asked for a manager
