I have been living here and only thing that I wish was that the AC be changed to maybe ductless system that are now very popular every where. Here there is only a big very noisy all in 1 cartridge system located in living room. It cools living room but does nothing for the kitchen or bedroom. I have 2nd floor and it gets really hot can't sleep in room and kitchen gets really hot have to keep blinds closed or it's an oven. Something to cool the whole apartment would be my wish!
