Manager is very rude
Rent is too high for this area, not enough parking for tenants, and the onsite manager Elaine is hard to deal with. She does not read the leases she signs, does not understand what an initial inspection before move out is for, nor does she take responsibility when she is in the wrong. There has been several times I had to go back and forth with her about what was written on the lease and documents like the initial inspection. Military friendly and pet friendly! Stayed in these luxurious apartments for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved the apartments. Oliver is such a grateful and friendly maintenance person and always ensures a rapid response and the apartments are fully functioning. I’ve only had to put a few request and those times it’s been same day fix.
