I have lived at Sundial Apts for around 5 years. The manager Nikki Law has cleaned up the complex substantially. There used to be alot of illegal activity being conducted in the open. Now they do it behind closed doors 😂. Rent continues to go up yearly but the place continues to improve. They completely resurfaced the parking lot (yay!) then they installed speed bumps every 25 feet (boo!) In contrast to Lake City, Sundial is probably one of the lower costing apartments you can rent. lived at sundial for 2 years and let me tell you when i left, it was not the same place i moved into. nikki in the front office has done an amazing job at turning things around out here. now it’s quieter, grounds are cleaner, and the staff is actually reliable. can’t believe i’m saying it but i think i’ll miss it here
Louie debonos comment is completely unnecessary and untrue he flooded his entire apartment and the one underneath while passed out they evicted him due to him being a liability and he refused to leave. I personally have never experienced any issues at all but if Nikki was a “B word” to y’all you must have brought it upon yourselves I’ve never had a problem with Nikki, Troy or chuck.
Staff must be hire one get one free. Inexperience, rude, incapable of handling situations. The rentals provided by Government Agencies need to be reevaluated. Residents afraid to complain afraid of losing their home.
Awful place due to management and maintenence. The manager screams at residents like they were children, and a majority of the residents are disabled veterans, like myself. An incompetent maintenence staff. Lacking knowledge of the simplest make ready tasks and prevemtive maintenance. Thank God I took pictures prior to move in. The owners need cameras on site, so they can see whats going on. Might save them a lawsuit in the future.
