‼️UPDATE a year later 7/13/26‼️ This place is bad. The grounds are not kept up on. Everything is overgrown with weeds and grass. The main lawn is mowed but the rest of it, including the parking lot, has 18" tall weeds. And they waste water by buy running the sprinklers twice a day. But they don't care because we pay for that, it's an extra charge added to rent. The insects are bad because the grounds haven't been kept well and there is no pest control. ‼️UPDATE 7/8‼️ There was a communication break down between the maintenance person, the landlord and I. Today the ac was cleaned and works much better. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were both fixed. Pest control was used to help with all the bugs and spiders. More work already scheduled to be done. Thanks, Kacey! A stalker lives here and I called about it to let them know. They were very rude and talked in a rude manner. Shows how much they care about the safety of their tenets and the whole complex alone. A lot of the apartments have mold.
