I recently had day surgery at Sundew Day Surgery, and while there were some positive aspects, my overall experience unfortunately fell short of expectations, especially for a private facility. Firstly, I want to acknowledge that many of the staff were pleasant, and my surgeon was kind and professional. I attended sundew for colonoscopy today and the staff here are so friendly and extremely nice ,one of the best place I have ever visited when every staff member (nurse ,receptionist etc..) everyone are friendly. However I gave 1 star earlier due to poor experience with doctors but I thought of changing that to 5 star because of amazing nurses and receptions here. Everyone was extremely friendly.
