Place is nice but you have to be less than quiet. Neighbors will complain and get mad if you make any noise. They’ll complain about the birds singing and you certainly can’t have a baby here because got forbid they run in the hallway. That’s why I’m moving out. Horrible investment !! Also, trash removal is difficult, you have to basically climb a mountain. - sunderland heights, 9B
