After considering multiple options to redo my pool deck, I decided that SunDek was the best value for my money. My concrete pool decking had numerous settling crack and stains, and was looking worse for the wear. Sundek prepped the surface, applied the new surface, ground and filled the cracks, and applied the finish coat. We had our pool deck and patio done earlier this year by Concrete Coatings and we could not be more happy with the results. Only regret is that we had not done this sooner. Everyone was very professional from Philip to those who did the actual work. We are so pleased we are looking into doing our driveway and walkways.
They’re extremely slow to respond to messages and/or emails (if ever). Everything was great as far as their installers (employees) are concerned and our bill was paid within 8 days. (It was sent electronically). My wife questioned the owner about the color of the decking and he became irritated. We have another task for new construction and they’re refusing services by ignoring any type of communication efforts. We have all documentation regarding these statements.

Concrete Coatings resurfaced our pool deck several weeks ago and they did an amazing job. They are professional and very detail oriented. Phil communicated with us throughout the process. We are thrilled with the results.
