I dont understand why older men become so angry and annoyed so fast. I have been shopping at sundberg for years and the staff just always seem so annoyed. My black co worker stopped going in there because they always extra rude with there interactions. Companies need to really teach employees with out customers they don’t have pay checks so let’s treat everyone kind
Had Dave do some research on my microwave accessory trim kit upgrade for a new microwave that Best buy sold me and he was excellent and would definitely recommend Sundberg.
I've been dealing with these guys and this company for 30 years. They have 15s around the Midwest. If they haven't got the part in stock locally, I will get it the next day. It's great to dealing with the same two guys all these years. Eric seems especially knowledgeable.
I went looking for the most commonly replaced part in any type of small fridge/ freezer. The guy at the counter couldnt just clickety clickety into his computer so was totally unable to help me. If you are interested in doing the job of the parts counter guy for him, then this is the place for you. Do not patronize this business.
