The lady who answered the phone was so snappy and had to be right about every thing. Avoid this place and just look online. Just 1 personality can ruin the experience.
My call to check on availability of parts for my dryer was quick and helpful. They set aside the parts kit I needed for pickup later that day without requiring pre-payment. Getting the parts was quick and easy with confirmation of what I needed. Support info helped point me in the right direction for finishing the repair and the kit price was very fair. Great experience and will start here if/when I need other appliance repair parts.
I purchased a heating component for my oven and when I tried to return it two days later with the receipt and original packaging they would not accept my return. Also the sales person was very rude when I asked why. I recommend staying away.
Found the bearing system for my Frigidaire dryer and replaced it with the help with my wife, it took time and the drying machine is not squeaking anymore Thank you-Jon
