I needed a drain pump filter and cap and I called a few places and Sunberg America came in $18 less for OME Part and it was there the next day, and I didn't feel like I was bothering them when I called like the other stores made me feel, so this is where I'll get parts from now on

Rude staff, they have no clue about brands they think brand names are specific even though they're manufactured in the same plant the same product just a different label Do not shop here. overpriced also found the same part at a different store in urbandale and it was 70% less.

I was referred here by a flyer provided by Menards. Unfortunately I was told he didn't know what the part was even though I told them what brand it was. He seemed put out because I don't have a model number for alight socket over the hood light. He said he would Google it. I wonder why they are in business if they have too Google the information when I actually brought the part into them. Not going to be open long with that type of customer service. not very knowledgeable.

Not knowledgeable at all. told me the part was not available they'd have to special order it and the shipping was more than the part. found the same part at another distributor in urbandale at 70% less and it was in stock.
