I had an appointment last Tuesday, that I missed due to some personal issues that arose. Could I have communicated better, absolutely, but I had so much going on, that the last thing I was thinking about was hair. I received an email that day about a cancellation fee, but nothing was charged to my card. Sunday when I woke up, there was an $85 charge for missing my appointment. Really enjoyed the atmosphere here! Little touches really made this stand out. Great customer service! Jess did a great job with my curly cut- highly recommend to anyone with thick/long and curly hair!

I love that I can book online with prices. I moved recently and had to leave my previous salon. Jennifer came recommended my a friend and I’m glad I went for even a hair cut. Loved the vibe in the salon and the knowledge in helping me decide how to get my hair back to healthy.

This place is special. I get a long shag from Jess and it’s always *chefs kiss*! The hospitality blows me away—greeted with a chilled eucalyptus towel and robe. Head massage at the shampoo bowl. Diet Coke to sip on. Sent me home with a Dubai chocolate bar. BONUS: It’s a child-free salon so you’re guaranteed a peaceful experience.
