Worst rental agency in town! Do not rent from them.
If only zero stars were an option! I highly recommending never renting from this company! Trumped up charges, with held deposits, zero communication, just bad business. I had the owner of the house show up three times within a year of residency with no phone, call no 24 hour notice. Do not rent from these people !!! You'll be sorry.
Everyone at Sunday Properties has been very helpful in helping us find our new place to call home. They were EXTREMELY busy, but answered my questions quickly and promptly. Carol Sunde is NOT a good landlord. She is very rude to her tenants and treats them terribly. I am certain she is breaking some tenant/landlord laws. If you want your landlord to be mean and talk down to you, choose Sunday Properties.
