I cancelled the Daily News two weeks ago due to increasing prices and reduced content. Called the Washington County Post today to find out why I didn’t start getting it. I was told it would start with the December 1st issue (coincidentally right after the Black Friday issue). I told her it was ridiculous that it would take 6 weeks total to get added to the mailing list. She replied that it was the date provided by the circulation manager, and there was nothing she could do. That level of service is unacceptable.

Haven’t received paper for three weeks, along with many other people. Feel bad for people paying for advertising when we don’t get it. Thought it was going to be delivered through post office.

Called 2 times Sunday/Monday about not getting my post. No response very pathetic customer service. Your lucky your paper is free because I would never paid for it. I hope your advertisers see this

We only get the Post when I call and complain. I think the advertisers should know their ads are not being delivered. When we do receive it,it’s carelessly tossed in driveway, even in the rain and snow. We have a paper box they never seem to use.
