The food and atmosphere is fantastic. Never had problem with staff or service. I have stayed 3 times and been to Christmas and Easter brunches. Highly recommend Christmas time visit with lights and decorations.

I was surprised that a hotel of this caliber is pet friendly on 5 of of its 6 floors. For those who arent pet lovers, its tough....we heard dogs barking and heard them in the hallway. Its a beautiful hotel but I had no idea they allowed pets. Probably wont be back.
I've been to the Jefferson many times for various occasions. It is one of the most beautiful and elegant hotels in Richmond. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Can't wait to go back again!!!!
So beautiful, glad the historic building is still in use. Was hoping for pool alligators though.
