I was there for the Christmas tea, such a lovely treat. Service is outstanding, waiter was so polite and knowledgeable. Went the extra distance to make us happy, didn’t rush us and even snapped a few cell phone photos for us. The best holiday treat!

It's a beautiful hotel and it's a landmark. But this time of year is busy and there was nowhere to sit and less you booked an event.
a beautiful opulent traditional hotel with breathtaking seasonal decor. beautiful Christmas tree in the grand foyer was breathtaking!the small string orchestra playing seasonal music, was a nice detail by the tree,and helped to make our trip extra special.
