Been more than a few times and always have had great haircuts and services from different stylists.(not by choice) The only bad thing is the multiple people that have cut my hair have either told me they are leaving cause the work environment or are just gone the next time I come in. At one point the place was closed cause the whole shop walked out (found out from a stylist who probably shouldn’t have told me) and since the recovery of that situation I’ve seen half the shop do the same thing with my own eyes. Had an appointment with the owner Kai today, and let me tell you how great the service was. I have been on the journey of growing out my hair, but needed some structure and flow. Kai was so attentive to my needs and vision, and ensured that I left with a great cut. Kai took their time to ensure it was perfect, and walked me through all options and possibilities. (I’d give 10 stars if I could!) Lorean did an absolutely amazing job with my hair! She is incredibly talented, pays attention to every detail, and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had.
