Stopped into Aveda. I got introduced to Aveda many years ago then started using it again when I was in Rome, Italy now and beautiful Orange County. I found a new Aveda salon thank you to Tatum she helped me out to look for some Aveda shampoo, conditioner, finishing oils. She totally set me up. I hope I will continue to be an Aveda girl again. Kimmy was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She overcharged me for services and even tried to deceive me about the pricing. Any time I asked a question, she was dismissive and acted like I was a bother. I will not be returning— this was truly a horrible experience.

Worst hair experience of my life! I’ve gone to Aveda before in different states. I even had my formula written down from my past hairstylist. I’ve been dying my own hair since Covid and decided to go get it done professionally with Aveda of course because of the natural ingredients in the hair color . Horrible experience with hair stylist, she managed to make my hair look decent but she did a shoddy job with the make. up, she had no idea about what works on people with different skin colors and skin tones. I was forced to buy a product that I didn’t need and basically came back feeling that I wasted my money and didn’t get the results I wanted.
