Absolutely horrible customer experience! An elderly person who is more than qualified yet, computer illiterate and doesn’t have access to a laptop, can’t apply. The Property Manager said “Someone is going to have to help them.” I offered to print the application and have the elderly person come to their office with the required documents and even that idea was turned down. The resident manager Lorna is an awesome person!! she worked with me tirelessly to get me into the complex..she also worked with me to stay in the complex once I lost my job in 2010. The management company she works for though is ruthless!! after 2+ years of unemployment my benefits ran out and I was forced to move out 3 months before the end of my last lease with the property management company they are now suing me for an incorrect amount of money as my old unit was rented 2 months before the end of my lease yet the prop... read more
The manager is racist to Mexican people, she was very rude and showed no interest in helping me and my family. And even tho she was not planning on helping on us , she still took the money and never called us back .
Everyone there is really nice, but the corporate manager has a heart of stone. She kicked out the old manager because she had health problems and only gave her 48 hours for her and her mother with altziemers to vacate. Then filed a restraining order against her and wouldn't let her retrieve the last of her possessions. Either the person on Craigslist is a scammer representing this complex or, the methods this apartment complex are earnestly using to recruit tenants are indistinguishable to me.
