Update. Although my 1st experience was very positive, I'm not thrilled with how the 2nd job went. I was told I would get a write up of what was needed. When they stopped by the house to quote the job, I wasn't available, my boyfriend was outside and the man spoke with my boyfriend and stated he would send the estimate.
