Maintenance and the staff are incredibly helpful and responsive
Staff in unprofessional they allow tenants to harass and abuse other tenant members with no repercussions. Probably the worst apartment complex to raise a family in. They allow ducks to poop in the pool and don’t clean it for weeks. Sidewalks are all torn up so you have to watch your step so you don’t break a bone. Very unsanitary and members of the apartment are unstable.
The staff was wonderful.
Literally the best apartment I had thus far. If I didn't need more space, I'd still be there. The location is everything, it's 10 minutes from both short pump and willow lawn, maintenance always responded fairly quickly, rent was affordable compared to surrounding places, Jordan and Mary were always a pleasure to speak with regarding any issues, the apartment itself was super spacious, I loved having a bathroom in my room, plus my view of the fountains were amazing from the balcony, and not to mention quiet, the most I'd hea... read more
To call 3 days in a row and not get in contact with one leasing rep is ridiculous. Yet they can send a text. I am currently in MD and looking to move to the Richmond, VA are within the next two weeks. How hard is it to simply answer a phone and provide monthly rates/availability? To say the least I feel that I am dodging one heck of a bullet. I require good quality customer service and professionalism. If it is already this difficult to contact someone or at least schedule a tour....I am completely good off this association.... read more
