My father and I stopped by on Friday. We didn’t realize the office was closing at 12:30pm, but Jordan still took us on a tour at 12:25pm. Even though Jordan had already given me all the pricing and information, Jessica happened to be walking by and greeted us warmly. When my father asked if she could translate, she did so without hesitation and made him feel truly welcomed! We’re definitely planning to apply soon!
What a disappointing way to start house hunting. Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a 9am timeslot when they opened, including a description of what I was interested in. Received a 7am confirmation via text that morning... arrived at 9... waiting a couple minutes for the staff to arrive... and they had no idea I was scheduled for a tour. Great place to live and the maintenance staff and office management rocks... Pretty Cool place for pets .. definitely a good location to many different places... Good price for the area and the lease is friendly to....
Maintenance and the staff are incredibly helpful and responsive
Staff in unprofessional they allow tenants to harass and abuse other tenant members with no repercussions. Probably the worst apartment complex to raise a family in. They allow ducks to poop in the pool and don’t clean it for weeks. Sidewalks are all torn up so you have to watch your step so you don’t break a bone. Very unsanitary and members of the apartment are unstable.
