RecommendedAfter trying to find a Spa since July that worked for us we were about ready to give up. we came across Sundance Spa and called and spoke to Marc, he was able to provide us with a spa that met all of our needs and our price point. Not only has Sundance responsive but walked us through the whole spa and how to operate it. the install team was knowledgable and very professional, Joel was the lead installer who walked through all our questions. Since purchasing my spa in 2004 from Sundance Spas, NH, I recently needed to call for service. Mark was very helpful in taking me through a number of steps to diagnose an FL-1 error code. Mark determined the cause was a faulty pump and fortunately had one in stock. As I am very handy, I was able to install the pump the next day and get my spa up and running - What a great reason to buy and have service done locally!!

We bought our spa from this company about eight years ago. They were very good and the customer service was great. We had something break under warranty and that was fixed with ease. But, the last dealings we had with this company was horrendous. We needed a new cover and an arm that had bent. The total sale was $750. The arm was in stock and because of what we were spending, we were told free delivery. The arm was delivered, but the cover had to be ordered. The time frame we were given at the time was 4 weeks. This place is awful. I asked Mark who claimed to be the owner of Sundance spa, who was very rude and short with me on the phone. I had a one five second question he could have answered In the time it took him to tell me he doesn’t have time for me. Which is the silliest part. He Clearly doesn’t care about Sundance’s image as a company or their technical support for Sundance customers. Buyer beware This location Sucks big time! Deal with anyone but mark, he’s way to busy to be of any assistance!

My husband and I recently moved to our new home, leaving a hot tub behind. 😞 The day we closed on our home we stopped at Sundance and met Marc. A week later we bought our new hot tub. Marc’s team delivered our hot tub as promised but our original electrician didn’t...😡. Eventually our new electrician Dan DeLeo worked his magic. We have heavy metal water that makes filling our tub a nightmare. Mark has been so patient and helpful, talking me through the issues, day by day! We have had our Denali for over 8 years, with minimal maintenance. When we finally needed some service, they were efficient and knowledgeable as well. THANK YOU!!

Mark who owns the business stands behind all of his products unconditionally, and takes exceptional care of all of his customers. You will be very happy if you buy your spa from him.
