Communications during the project were excellent, the reason for the low rating is specifically about their commitment that the roofing team would be their own staff, experienced , legally licensed/ insured and legally in the US as workers. When the team worked on my home I discovered that those I spoke with were not experienced, they had only been working on roofs less than two months and only learned what they were doing from recent roofing projects.
