Sundance Rental: Beware they will not return your deposit! Rented a house form this company for about a year. Close to the end of my lease I was told that the owner did not want to renew. No reason other than when I was out of town, I didn’t allow access to the property. I don’t know anyone who wants strangers in their house when they aren’t there.
