With this realtor, make sure you get everything she says in WRITING. She’ll say and promise one thing to your face, but if it isn’t in writing, she will deny it later. It’s all about her and how much she can make off a sale, client isn’t #1 priority. Very unscrupulous realtor. Her “word” is worthless. Simply pathetic.

I had a disappointing experience with this realtor. It's sad to see such a lack of professionalism and fairness. If you're looking for a realtor that value fairness, professionalism, they're not the best person to seek assistance to. There are many other realtors out there who will treat you with respect and offer superior service.

Professionalism my a**. Cathy is a Karen who wanted to get her way into anything. She and her husband are so rude and untrustworthy and will only accommodate you if you have money. They choose clients and if you are not good in their eyes, goodluck. There are other realtors there who will help you genuinely, so best avoid this woman or you wouldn't want his husband come at you. They are pathetic.
