Nicest apartments in Northern Kentucky ! And I personally want to thank Sundance and Sarah for their hard work taking care of a situation that the last 3 owners left. Sundance and Sarah have helped us when previous owners just kicked the can down the road . Great Owi, Sarah is Awesome !
Been tring to pay our rent since thrusday,called at least 50xs no one answers ,went to office on Bethel New Richmond road 4xs since Wednesday, lady in the office wasn't there wed,thrus or Friday,yesterday her husband said she had Doctors appt.,left my number with him on response, now tomorrow there going to charge us for being late ,this is the worst company in the world.,. NOT SURE WHAT THE TO DO!!!!! Had to give them one star that they don't deserve
First, if there is less than one start I won't hesitate to select it. This property knows how to take the rent but they don't want to do any maintenance! I have a problem with the electricity and my bill is super high even though I have a one bedroom unit. Add to that I am most of the time not at home due to my work conditions. I was overseas for a month and a half and still my bill was $140 even though there was no one at the place and I've been asking them to fix this problem for the second month now and all they say "Put ... read more
Awful place to rent from… they have roaches at every complex they own they’ll send out snowball pest control who only sprays one area & I’m sure it’s diluted spray their using anyways bc it does nothing … you can never get ahold of maintenance for anything EVER then when you go to move out they’ll blame you for whatever issue never got fixed by them.. oh & they have a “model” apt they show to everyone & they’ll tell you your apt will be that one or look exactly the same then you sign the lease & go to your apt & it’s no wher... read more
