This company is such a huge disappointment. And that is being polite. I would give them a zero if I could. We spent 2-3 months trying to coordinate a complicated plumbing repair job, which also involved installing a new water meter. My husband and I both verified the plan several times. My husband spent $600 to fly to Vail specifically to be on site for the repairs. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. When we called the company, Lucia (receptionist) promised someone would call us back.
