Sundance Home Inspections inspected the home we purchased and every issue, small and not so small, was listed, photographed and explained in our report. Tony was on time, very thorough and was available after the inspection to answer any questions we had as first time home owners. Do not use this inspector. Because of his bad inspection we are now in need of a new roof.
