Scenic views, good food & entertainment, relaxed, casual & warm atmosphere.
Not boater friendly. Expensive drinks. Word of mouth travels fast.
It's a shame that a nice place at a marina is not boater friendly. They do not want the "boating riff-raff" in their establishment. This location will likely fail as the last one did.
