We have been Sundance customers for many years and have always been extremely happy with the service they provide. We cannot imagine going elsewhere for our HVAC needs. Special thanks to Sundance's Tim R., HVAC technical wizard and a pleasure to work with.
Tim was on time, called before hand to make sure I was ready, which I appreciated. He was professional, friendly and open for questions. I hope he's my technician every time I call! He certainly deserves 5 stars.
Tim was nice and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain a few things for me. Very efficient at installing new thermostat. No more batteries! Awesome job!
My heatpump failed. I contacted Sundance energy to repair it. They did not sell or install this unit. Sundance was awesome. They communicated extremely well. Came and did the troubleshooting and provided a quote. We set up a repair date and my system was fixed on the day promised for a little less than the bid. The tech was Tim. He was great. Nice, competent, communicated exactly what was going on. Tim as a service tech and general nice guy couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend Sundance energy.
