I hired sundance to install 3 minisplit units on my house and they did a great job to explain what would the best bang for my buck and what will last for longer. They did a great job, very quickly and minimal interruptions to my work since I work from home. Shout out to John and Tobias.

I called to schedule an appointment to repair our furnace and had a bad experience with the person who answered the phone. I had to ask specifically for a breakdown of the fees and was surprised that the request was being treated as an emergency, which I never requested. I pushed back on the $199 emergency fee since I was willing to wait if needed. She offered an appointment 2 days later for a $99 fee.
