We had our furnace and air conditioning serviced by Tim. He was so knowledgeable and fixed everything. I told him our air conditioner wasn't keeping up even though it was brand new (installed by another company) and he found the problem and fixed it. I will use them again.
As requested Tim called prior to his arrival which was so helpful for planning. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I understood the issue and the fix for our fireplace. Tim gave me his card and said to reach out any time. Highly recommend!
The serviced our old unit, fixing what needed to be fixed. Their tech, Tim, was super knowledgeable. We liked them so much we bought a new unit, and they were even able to move it to where we wanted it! 10 out of 10 recommend!
We have been Sundance customers for many years and have always been extremely happy with the service they provide. We cannot imagine going elsewhere for our HVAC needs. Special thanks to Sundance's Tim R., HVAC technical wizard and a pleasure to work with.
Tim was on time, called before hand to make sure I was ready, which I appreciated. He was professional, friendly and open for questions. I hope he's my technician every time I call! He certainly deserves 5 stars.
