Tim was awesome and set me up with a great Mitsubishi unit. He was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with.
I had called them for a fireplace repair since it was not turning on. It was a new fireplace only 2 years old and my warranty had already expired. When the guy came he told me that the gas valve is bad and it needs to be replaced. I asked him since it not that old and gas valve takes a pretty long time to get bad maybe it something else. He said he was sure about it and it will cost around $1000+ and will be done when they order the part. They also charged me $109.40 for inspection.
