Searched to find an apartment online in short notice for job relocation. I ran across Sundance Creek Luxury apartments. I spoke to Julie over the phone and explained my situation. She kept in contact with me and walked me thru the online process. Everything was smooth and completed online and I was able to sign the lease upon arriving in Midland TX. I’ve lived here for abt a month and a half, they’re nice apartments but as a pregnant mom with a 2 year old the trash valet sucksss !! I’ve emailed them and messaged them on the app and no response the valet ppl alrdy had been not taking my buildings trash and for awhile the office sent an email apologizing and that’s it not even as refund or anything, it’s annoying that they spend so much time telling us to follow policy or we will be fined but how am I supposed to follow policy of the valet ppl don’t ?
