Don’t listen to them when they say they’re working on fixing their gates. In my roughly year that I was there they never got fixed. However, they also never did an apartment inspection. 🤭

Reached out to this property on 6/3 , Was assured that there was no credit requirements , Went and toured and applied the exact same day . The next day 6/4 I was informed my application was denied however, they will be sending me through a cosigner program And told me To check my email for a link so I can start the process with them .
