I’ve lived here for abt a month and a half, they’re nice apartments but as a pregnant mom with a 2 year old the trash valet sucksss !! I’ve emailed them and messaged them on the app and no response the valet ppl alrdy had been not taking my buildings trash and for awhile the office sent an email apologizing and that’s it not even as refund or anything, it’s annoying that they spend so much time telling us to follow policy or we will be fined but how am I supposed to follow policy of the valet ppl don’t ? Parking is horrible. Most days I have to park outside the complex on the street because the broken gate allows any and all, regardless of residency, to come and go as they please. The gate has been broken for 4 months turning this “Gated Community” into a free for all. One evening I had a not-so-well- dressed man approach me while sitting on my porch and asked me if I had any drugs he can have.
